Derene Allen, Senior Vice President, Santiago Solutions Group

Derene Allen is a senior vice president with the Santiago Solutions Group, a multicultural business strategy development consulting firm. As such, she has participated in the creation of U.S. Hispanic and African American strategies for such clients as Johnson & Johnson, Nestle, and American Express.

Derene is a graduate of Thunderbird and has lived and worked in Latin America and the Caribbean for many years prior to transferring her experience to the U.S. multicultural markets.
