Job duties include but not limited to the following:
The Consultant will be responsible for proactive analysis and ongoing best practices research
-Assist Leadership Team as needed to execute on diversity data strategy
-Collect, analyze and utilize best in class research to inform multicultural business decisions
-Research and apply for local and national awards
-Collaborate with appropriate departments to leverage existing intelligence sources
-Develop and implement a communication plan to share benchmarking data
-Summarize research findings and make appropriate recommendations
-Ongoing analysis of demographic data
-Analyze employee data to develop conclusions and recommendations, frequency of reports, etc.
