Weekly Newspaper Washington Hoy Debuts

Washington, DC—(HISPANIC PR WIRE)–March 21, 2005–Publisher Alex Ormaza today announced the launch of the Washington DC Metropolitan Area’s premier English-Spanish weekly newspaper Washington Hoy.The Silver Spring, Maryland, based publication, which is a joint venture by three journalists, is being audited by the Circulation Verification Council (CVC).
